Executive Coaching

What is Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching is a confidential, one-to-one development partnership that helps senior leaders raise their effectiveness — how they think, decide, communicate, and lead under pressure. It is tailored to the individual and the system they operate in.

What executive coaching addresses

Common focuses include executive presence, decision-making, leading through change, difficult conversations, and the step up into bigger roles. The best work goes beyond skills to how a leader actually shows up.

How Syntropia approaches it

We work with the full person — mind, nervous system, relational patterns, and body — using generative coaching, NLP, equicoaching, and somatic work. Engagements run from a single session to a 3–6 month program, always beginning with a diagnostic conversation.

What outcomes to expect

Clearer decisions, steadier presence, healthier teams, and a closing of the gap between intention and impact — with success criteria defined with you at the outset.

How an engagement is structured

Every engagement opens with a 30-minute diagnostic conversation — no preparation, no obligation — to understand the situation before recommending a format. From there we agree clear success criteria, so progress is visible to you and, where relevant, to your sponsor.

Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes, weekly or biweekly, in person or by video across French, English, and Spanish. When the situation calls for it, we work the individual and the system in parallel — the leader and the team they are trying to move.

What makes the work different is range: cognitive, relational, somatic, and nature-based methods, so we can meet the issue where it actually lives rather than where it is easiest to talk about.

Frequently asked

What is the difference between executive coaching and mentoring?

A mentor shares their own answers from experience; a coach helps you find yours, building capability you keep. Syntropia’s coaching adds somatic and relational work, so change shows up in how you lead, not only what you know.

How long does executive coaching take?

From a single high-impact session to a 3–6 month program with regular sessions, depending on the goal. We recommend a format after a 30-minute diagnostic call.

Is executive coaching confidential?

Yes — confidentiality is foundational. In sponsored engagements, themes may be shared with the organization by agreement, but individual content stays private.
