Loïc and Natacha handle executive coaching, intercultural work, equicoaching, and somatic work directly. When a situation calls for clinical psychology, sport coaching, or deep industry specialisation, we bring in the right specialist from our network of certified coaches across Europe and the Americas. The accountability stays with us.
This means a client working with us never outgrows us — whatever the need that surfaces, we know who to bring in and how to brief them so nothing is lost in the handover.
