Based on the limited, occasional processing carried out through this site and the absence of special-category data collected here, an EU representative under GDPR Article 27 does not appear to be required; we will reassess if our processing grows.

• Contact / newsletter: your email (and name, where provided) when you subscribe, download a resource, or use a form.
• Enquiry data: name, organisation, email, message.
• Technical data: IP address, standard server logs, and aggregated cookieless usage statistics.

We do not collect health or other sensitive information through this website.

Trusted processors acting on our behalf under a data-processing agreement: Kit (ConvertKit) — email/newsletter (US); Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics (US). We do not sell your data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Some pages embed YouTube in privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode and link to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Maps. If you interact with those, the relevant provider's policy applies.

Newsletter/contact data: until you unsubscribe, and deleted after 24 months of inactivity. Enquiry data: up to 24 months after our last contact. Server logs: short-term, per our host's defaults.

Our providers are in the United States. Each is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and the UK/Swiss extensions) and additionally offers EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback safeguard. We rely on both, so transfers remain protected even if the Framework's status changes.

The site currently uses only what is strictly necessary and cookieless analytics — see our Cookie Policy. If we later add scheduling or payment tools that set non-essential cookies, we will show a consent banner first.

EU/EEA/UK: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time (e.g. the unsubscribe link in every email) — email loic@syntropia.us. You may also complain to your supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL.

California: this is our CalOPPA notice; we do not sell your personal information. We do not currently meet the CCPA/CPRA thresholds, so specific CCPA rights are not listed here; this will be revisited if our size or practices change.

Do Not Track: we do not track you across third-party sites.
