Most coaching touches one dimension — usually the cognitive. We work across four, because leadership challenges rarely live in only one place.

We named the practice after this principle. Development is not a correction — it is an emergence. Every engagement is designed to help the leader, team, or organisation move toward greater coherence: between intention and action, between presence and impact, between who they are and who they are becoming.

How they interact

Each methodology can stand alone — a single equicoaching day, a somatic session, a focused NLP intensive. But their power multiplies when combined. A leader who shifts cognitively in coaching, encounters the same pattern somatically, and meets it live in relationship with a horse — in one engagement — experiences a depth of change that a single modality cannot create alone.
