How We Work

We do not send proposals before we understand what is actually happening.

Every Syntropia engagement begins with listening. Not a sales call — a genuine conversation about what is real. Only then do we design what is needed.

  1. 01

    Listen

    30–60 min · Free

A conversation with the relevant stakeholders — HR Director, sponsor, or the individual themselves. We listen before we recommend. No preparation needed.

You get: A clear picture of the actual situation — not the presenting symptom.

  2. 02

    Design

    3–5 days · Included

We design a program specifically for your situation. Modalities selected based on where the issue lives. Format, duration, facilitators, and measurables defined.

You get: A program proposal with clear scope, timeline, and investment.

  3. 03

    Deliver

    Program duration

Delivery by Loïc, Natacha, or our specialist network — depending on the modality. Individual and team work in parallel where needed. Regular check-ins with the sponsor throughout.

You get: Measurable shifts in the agreed areas. Sessions documented. An ongoing feedback loop.

  4. 04

    Measure

    End of program

We define success criteria at the outset and review them at the end — qualitative and quantitative. What shifted, what remains, what comes next.

You get: A clear report on outcomes, and recommendations for continuation or a next phase.

A typical engagement

What it looks like in practice.

Week 1–2

Listening phase

  • Discovery call with the HR Director or sponsor
  • Individual intake with the leader(s)
  • Success criteria co-defined in writing
  • Program design delivered within 5 business days

Week 3 onward

Core delivery

  • Bi-weekly individual coaching sessions
  • Equicoaching or somatic day if in scope
  • Mid-engagement sponsor check-in (1-page written note)
  • Team day if team format is included

Final month

Integration & close

  • Closing session with the leader
  • Outcomes reviewed against criteria set at outset
  • Written closing report shared with the sponsor
  • Recommendations for continuation if relevant

Timelines are adapted to the program format. Team and organization programs follow the same arc at larger scale.

The four dimensions

Head · Heart · Body · Nature

Most coaching touches one dimension. Syntropia works across all four — because leadership issues rarely live in only one place. We select the dimensions relevant to your situation; not every engagement uses all four.

Head

Beliefs & mental models

We work with NLP and generative coaching to surface the cognitive patterns that are limiting the leader — often ones installed long before the current role. A belief that has never been examined cannot be changed.

Heart

Relational intelligence

How the leader shows up with their team, their peers, and themselves. Relational patterns, emotional registers, the gap between intention and impact. This is where culture is actually made.

Body

Somatic awareness

The physical signals that precede decisions and reactions. Somatic work makes these patterns visible — and once visible, they become moveable. The body holds what the mind has been rationalising for years.

Nature

Outdoor & equicoaching

Work that removes the performance context entirely. Without an office, a title, or a meeting structure, leaders encounter themselves differently. The environment accelerates what the other three dimensions have begun.

Program Formats

Scaled to the situation.

Individual

1 session to 6 months

For a specific leader at a specific moment. Single sessions (equicoaching, somatic) or a sustained coaching program.

Most common for: Executives · Senior managers · High potentials

Team

1 day to 3 months

For a team that needs to shift — cohesion, communication, culture, or performance. Equicoaching days combined with team coaching sessions.

Most common for: Leadership teams · Management teams · Cross-functional groups

Organization

3 to 12 months

For systemic change — post-merger integration, culture shift, succession readiness. Individual and team work in parallel, diagnostic-led.

Most common for: HR Directors · CLOs · CEOs driving culture change

Confidentiality & reporting

What the sponsor sees. What stays private.

The coaching relationship is confidential. What is said in session stays in session. This is not a formality — it is the condition that makes the work honest, and therefore effective.

What the sponsor receives
A mid-engagement note (one page, thematic — no session content) and a closing report reviewing outcomes against the criteria defined at the outset. Measurable indicators where agreed. Recommendations for next steps if relevant.
What stays confidential
All session content, personal history, and the leader's private reflection. We never report on what was said, only on what shifted — and only within the framework agreed at the outset.
Success criteria
Defined in writing at the start of the program — with the HR Director, the sponsor, and the leader. What will the leader do differently? What will the team notice? These become the benchmarks for the closing report.

Who does the work

Two practitioners. One ecosystem.

Loïc Florentin

Executive Generative Coaching (ICF aligned) · NLP · Intercultural Coaching

Loïc works with executives on the cognitive and relational dimensions — beliefs, identity shifts, leadership transitions, cross-cultural effectiveness, and systemic facilitation. He is the primary contact for corporate engagements and operates across Provence, Paris, and California.

Natacha Florentin

Naturopath · Equicoaching Practitioner · Somatic Work

Natacha leads the somatic and nature-based dimensions. She facilitates equicoaching days and individual somatic work — and is often the practitioner clients describe as the session that changed everything.
